Oh God... Its Valentine's Day again.. one of the worst days of every year.

The human race should completely eliminate Valentine's Day from existence, man, seriously..

I just read an article in a local expat mag this morning about Valentine's Day titled, 'anti-Valentines' I so agree with that article, Valentine's day increases the misery of single people. It obviously does, Valentine's Day is usually made for couples because the guy does something so sweet for the girl or the girl does something sweet for the guy.

There is hardly a case where a guy asks a girl to be his Valentine's. Its rare, might happen really common in KDU or something but generally, its quite rare. Because... asking someone to be your Valentine's is more like a fling. Pointless.

My friends made my day, sending me a rose and giving out chocolates, and chocolate muffins (yumm) But overall, its still depressing, you see a couple of girls, holding like at least four or five roses, given to by their boyfriends.. bleh.. then you see the sweetest couple in the school having more roses and chocolates. It DOES make people so depressing.

When one of the head prefects came into my class during geo to distribute roses, after I was given a rose, my geo teacher went, 'That's from one of your girlfriends, isn't it?' and I has to go 'yes' and he was like 'ah' like in an I-knew-it tone. Like... come on, don't ruin the mood, I went like 'awwww' when I got the rose.

So what are single people supposed to do on Valentine's Day? Sit in a corner with girlfriends or boyfriends, bitching about couples, eating chocolate?

Doesn't anyone agree with me Valentine's Day should be eliminated?

It's so not a happy occasion, I'm joining my friends' anti-Valentine's Day~
