Heh.. talk about economic crisis.. my brother's school fees is increasing to almost double next school year (august).
That school used to have average school fees, like..a lot cheaper than school fees at my school, now, its way more expensive for his level than it is to pay for my sixth form school fees.
Its unbelievable. It is sooo expensive. You know, with that money for fees, you can actually buy a car, that's how expensive it is. You can buy a few Kancils with that money.
And I thought my school fees were expensive -_-
They are expensive but.... lol, I mean at least my school fees is not increasing!
And now my bro is super fussy about changing schools, cos he's so used to the type of environment in his school, like everything's do whatever you want, you can use your laptop when the teacher is talking, teachers don't give a damn what you do on your laptop, you can go out anywhere for lunch, roam wherever you like, its a huge school, so yeah, do whatever you like.
So now his options are smaller schools with more restricted rules and he's like 'I'm not going to that school if it has uniform, and if I can't go out for lunch' I mean, hello? You go to other schools its not gonna be the american system anymore, it's gonna be more restricted, duh, and you're only Grade 9 or Year 10, do you expect to be let out for lunch? Do form 3s and 4s in KDU get let out for lunch? Geez!
American system kids are freaking spoilt for choice.
I hate ppl who come from the american system schools, you can really distinguish these kind of kids from kids who go to school that actually has rules. American system kids are way less disciplined from a young age, and they have less respect, think they're free to do whatever they like and they are rebellious. Like they talk back at people its amazing how.... well-taught in their school.
My brother shouldn't have gone to that school, seriously, its ruined him. At least he doesn't smoke or take drugs or I would've killed him by now.
American system kids are sooo fussy. Like you give them a uniform and they'll be like 'what? excuse me? I'm not gonna wear that' Typical.
They wanna look individual. This is why during the summer, sluts and skimpy wearing ppl surface. Pardon my language, cos its what I see..
And now when I ask my brothers what other schools would be go to, he said none. Any other school would be a smaller school, or a smaller school with uniform, and there is another big school but the fees are just as bad already, no point.
He is seriously spoilt, and I thought I was. He refuses to budge from that school and the fees have to be paid by april. The company wouldn't subsidize fees of that amount, its too much!
So I asked my mum which school would he go to, and she was like 'continue la, no choice'. Well sure, if he wasn't fussy he would go somewhere else and save money!
He would be the next one the BU house money goes to.
And at one point he said he'd rather go back to KL. And I'm like 'Do Malay?' and he said its better than making friends all over again.
That's another dumb reason. He's just lazy to make friends all over again that's why he doesn't wanna go anywhere else.
I mean, expats are spoilt for choice in which schools they can send their kids to and he just.... oh god...
What an ass
